I Want To Remove Contacts I Didn't Add.

I rarely send email anymore. Today I received an email and in my attempt to send it to a few of my contacts, I noticed user names listed that I didn't add. Vulgar names. There is no service provider attached to the user name (no @ no dot com). So I am unable to delete them. How do I remove them?
