Can Not Access Email

Try resetting your password https://account.live.com/acsr by answering the security question.
Else, if you still cannot access your account, go to Hotmail website and click the option “Can’t Access Your Account?”
Select the option, "I think someone else is using my Microsoft account."
Follow the instructions.
Else, if the above also does not work, enter the "Recover your Microsoft account" form and you will get a response from the Microsoft team.
