Blocked E-mails

Over the last couple of days, whenever I try to send an e-mail, it is blocked and a notice comes up(yellow background) which says "To prevent spammers we ask that you insert characters before you send an e-mail. What characters are these, and where do I put them. I have just published my first book and I cannot order them because of this. Please help. Albert
