Email Sending Resrictions

I have had my Hotmail account for 4 days and I want to send my new hotmail address to all of my addresses.I am unable to send more than two at a time and any more gives me the warning thast I need to varify my account but I never get a text to my registered email or to my Hotmail account.It all seems very poor to me in the 21st century. Help pleaseI spent a week trying to get my Hotmail as good as my 10year old one!!!
