Password Change Every 2nd Day

I keep having change my password on my hotmail account and if I don't I cannot access my account on my IPhone. Also my saved emails in my folders are being thrown into my trash bin, when my password is changed and I can get into my account, I have to move all my emails back into folders i do not like or want to keep changing my password and refilling my emails every other day it is very annoying, I have also lost a lot of my emails I have saved your help and resolution for my issues I am having would be greatly appreciated Thanking you in advance Rick
