Postmaster Navigation Failure
People that I have recently sent E Mails to have been receiving E Mails purported to have been sent by me that have not in fact been sent by me. Any advice would be helpful.

It sounds like your account was hacked. This is a common issue with Hotmail unfortunately. You will need to change your password. You can change your password here.
