Control Panel Non-funtioning

I have this 30" Hotpoint Gas range. Recently we had a storm that knocked our power out, when the power came back on, the control panel (which controls the timer, clock, broiler, and oven) did not come back on. We opened the control panel and found no flaws. The stovetop will ignite, meaning at least the stovetap has electricity running to it. Does this type of problem have a solution? If the power outage surged the control panel, is there a way for me to check, and possibly replace the part?
