No Reservation Confirmation

I did not receive email confirmation from my hotel booking, but was charged 146.70.No one is giving me answers, just referring me to "risk" management, who is not answering or responding back. I am beingvtold that my account is deactivated and cant get any info in regards to my reservation. Is there anyone else I can contact?
