Ventura Dlx Stops If I Move.

If I am moving and change seat position the scooter stops dead. I imagine there is a switch that has become weak and needs replacement. What is the location of the switch and is there a replacement?

I believe the switch I am referring to is the one that prevents the scooter from moving when the throttle is engaged because no one is in the seat.
