New Policy Holder Got Two Card With Defferent Numbers And Deffernt Coverage Want

card do I use? Want to have premium taken from checking account automatic or e-withdrawal. Paid premium on policy-member #H46883363 (RxGRP P5369)list co-payments for office visit, Specialist, and Hospital Emergency. the other card is for same member number but the RxGRP Q7046 Hospital Emergency is all that is listed.
