Check Cashing

I am a Huntington account holder and my spouse is not,WE have a check with both names on the check,we live in Newalbany In.We have a couple rentals and have excepted the rental assistance from one of are renters.My spouse can not travel do to covid.so twice I have went to a Huntington bank to try to deposit the check ,after two attempts and multiple calls ,one call I made to Greenville branch ;email me a check endorsment release form,It has now,been filled out,notorized,and has everything I'm hoping Huntington bank needs. My question is when I make this third trip will I need to take it to a certain branch ,Do I need the proper paper work with me or do I email it back,,,It's starting to get a little frustrating since I bank here.I understand you need to make sure things are done bye policey , because I have made sure it's been done the way Customer service and branches have recommended ,So what do I do when it's a different bank and I drive another 100 mile one way and they don't.?
