Zero Turn Mower Won't Move.

I was mowing with a Z248P zero turn mower with a 48" cut and it just stopped moving. The blades will still engage but the mower will not go forward or reverse. What would cause that to happen

What would cause a zero turn not to move?

A zero turn mower may not move or go forward due to a bad drive belt, tensioner pulley or tensioner spring. Old or low hydraulic fluid; hot hydraulic fluid; air in the hydraulic system; and the drive release levers in the wrong position can cause the zero turn to not move.

These units use Hydraulic pumps for motivation. If the unit stopped all at one time, I suspect a drive belt came off.

For both pumps to fail at the same time would be very odd. Check the v-belt driving the wheel pumps.
