Light

There is a small set of light switches located above to the right and above the steering wheel. the bottom one is a solid, the middle one is an intermediate and it is blinking. What does this indicate?

Search for lights in the text. At page 12 there is an explanation of the lights.

It basically means that it is recommended you charge the battery.
