Ibm 679421 - Does This Have Ibe Or Sata Cable?

According to the product specifications provided by Cnet.com, your IBM 6794 does not have a SATA cable / interface. This computer has an ATA / IDE cable interface for hard disk and optical drives. You can read the full specifications here:
