Push Notifications On My Mobile Device/samsung 21ultra.

I am using a Dakota Alert with HDAVS cameras."When" I get a Push notification on my mobile device I am getting double videos of the same event. I don't always get push notifications for events. At the time of the event a video is displayed, the video shows a video...but there is no movement or humans/wildlife in the video. I have set the alarm off myself and I am not in the video.My motion detect for the cameras is off and my push type is set to video.Along with many other changes and attempts that I have tried along with uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous of times the above still happens.Also is it possible to set the clock to a 12 hour clock instead of the 24 hour clock?I would like to know how to correct this. Any help would be truly appreciated.Thank you.Robert A.
