Unauthorized Charge On Visa Bill
Why Have I Been Automatically Charged $38.70 Canadian On My Visa Bill On Oct. 12th, 2015??? I Did Not Authorize This To Go Through Again...i Paid When I Initially Signed Up But Didn't Like Your Service And Uninstalled It Within A Month Last Year. I Didn't Request A Refund At The Time And I Certainly Am Not Going To Pay For Something I've Uninstalled And Am Not Using Now. Please Credit My Visa Bill For The Charges Asap. Thanks Joan Beckerson
