3:Delete all '.bak' and '.msg' files located in this folder.
Note: The {Long Number} folder represents your IncrediMail Identity. If you have more than one Identity, select each {Long Number} folder in turn and delete the '.bak' and '.msg' files
4:Open IncrediMail and receive your email.
