For 2 Days I Have Been Unable To Receive Or Send My Emais Why Has This Not Been
Please is it possible to email or phone Incredimail to explain i have not been able to receive or send emails have had to resort to talktalk !! M A Cranch

For some reason Incredimail will stop recognizing email accounts and you have to remove and re-install for it to work again. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to contact any type of tech support for Incredimail. If you have the premium version of Incredimail you can contact VIP Support for help, but as of late you can join http://forums.incredimail.com and ask for help thru them. Or you can go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Incredimail-Helpers, where you can get answers that make sense and not just the party line which seems to be the main reason that the forums and VIP Support exist
