I Cannot Send Any Mail Out,no Task Bar At The Top. I Have An Urgent Mail To Send
We had an outage yesterday This happened once before, and I called a number where they fixed it immediately. There is no task bar at the top with a "tools" button. I need to get an urgent mail sent out to my employer.Charter is not responding either
