Send @ Receive Not Working For [email protected]
Why does my husbands e-mail not send and receive. I have phoned Telkom's technical support and they explained that this fault is not from their side. My daughter and myself also use incredimail and have no problem. Please assist urgently.

Have your husband remove his email account and reinstall it. Once that's done make sure where it says "MY OUTGOING SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION" is checked. Then click on the button. In the boxes on the page that appears next, make sure that use the same setting as my incoming mail server is checked.
