I Am Unable To Receive My E-mails!

Determine whether Outlook Express or Outlook is configured to retrieve your MSN Mail by using the POP3 protocol:

Outlook Express users:

1. Start Outlook Express.

1. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.

1. Double-click the MSN Mail account in the list, or select it, then select Properties.

1. Click the Servers tab. If the Incoming Mail text box is set to pop3.live.com, click Cancel, then click Close. Proceed to Step Two.

Outlook 98/ Outlook 2000 users:

1. Start Outlook.

1. On the Tools menu, select Accounts.

1. Double-click the MSN Mail account in the list to open it.

1. Click the Servers tab. If the Incoming Mail text box is set to pop3.live.com, click Cancel, and then click Close. Proceed to Step Two.

Outlook 2002/2003 users:

1. Start Outlook 2002.

1. On the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts.

1. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, then click Next.

1. Double-click the MSN Mail account in the list to open it. If the Incoming Mail text box is set to pop3.live.com, click Cancel. Proceed to Step Two.

1. To receive all MSN Mail by using Outlook Express or Outlook with POP3, remove all custom filters that move incoming e-mail messages to specific folders on the MSN incoming mail server.
