My Intermec Px6i Keeps Becoming Stuck In Initializing Upon Start Up

I went online and looked up how to factory reset it but it didn't work. I tried it 5 times. I have unplugged it from the computer and the outlet and rebooted it about 30 times using different combinations of unplugging and powering down nothing seems to work.

The following steps will restore factory default settings on Intermec branded printers with a 2 row by 15 character LCD display.

Turn off the printer.

Turn the Printhead Locking Lever to lift the printhead.

Press and hold the 'i/F5' key.

While holding in the 'i/F5' key, turn the printer back on.
