The batteries are not properly connected. Make sure that the batteries are properly connected to the wheelchair. The connectors should be tightly fitted and free of dirt or debris.

The batteries are defective. If the batteries are old or damaged, they may not be able to provide enough power to the wheelchair. Try using a different set of batteries.

The controller is defective. The controller is the electronic device that controls the wheelchair's motor. If the controller is defective, it may not be able to send power to the motor.

The motor is defective. The motor is the device that actually moves the wheelchair. If the motor is defective, it will not be able to turn on.

If you have checked all of the above and the wheelchair still does not move, then it is best to take it to a qualified technician for further diagnosis and repair.

Here are some additional things you can try:

Try turning the wheelchair off and then on again.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries.

Try resetting the controller. To do this, locate the reset button on the controller and press it for 10 seconds.

If you're still having problems, please contact Invacare customer support for further assistance.

Here are the steps on how to reset the controller on your Invacare TDXSP wheelchair:

Locate the reset button on the controller. It is usually a small, round button with a hole in the center.

Use a paperclip or other sharp object to press the reset button for 10 seconds.

The controller will reset and the wheelchair will turn off.

Turn the wheelchair back on and see if it moves.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
