Telephone Harassment By Chase Bank Telemarketers

Our office in Burnsville NC has been called repeatedly by Chase Bank employees looking for a John Holloway.  Each time they were told that there is no John Holloway at this office.  They continue to call.  At 2:30 pm on 7-19-11 I asked to speak to the Chase Bank employee's supervisor and he refused.  I am requesting a written apology and a promise that Chase Bank will not ever call 828-682-2220 ever again.  If you are unable to stop the harassing phone calls, I will make complaints every day to the Federal Trade Commission until action is taken against your bank.  Might I suggest that you retrain your telemarketing staff or hire someone intelligent?
