Right Ear Light Goes Off After Moment In Charging Case

I put my earbuds in charging case and right side light goes off..? I can't connect them.

One issue with any device that runs on current lithium batteries is that if they are left on and go flat they will not take a charge. One way is to make sure they are switched off and then put them on charge for at least 3 days without touching them. Not switching them on, or trying to link to them. I have recovered a tablet this way. It would not turn on but after 3 days it came on and it now works. If that proves successful. You need to then use them until they switch off. Then put them on charge again. It may require a few goes at this to recover full working use.
