Help Immediately!

I wanted to know how to take these words off my dvd player. It has been showing up on my dvd player in a different language and dont know how to take them off. And I know its not subtitles because I have them off and I even turned the subtitles on to see if it was that problem. But its not. So how can I take these words off??
