To reset your Jabra BT2045, simply start with the unit turned OFF, then press and hold the answer/end button until the light is on steady (not flashing). Once in this mode, double-click (like a computer mouse) on the answer/end button. You should see the light flash a few times, then turn off. Verify that it's been reset - when you turn the headset back on, it'll start up in pairing mode.
