Jabra Bt2080 Communication Is Diffucult. Static, Distance Bluetooth Shuts Off

To try and resolve the issue you're having with your Jabra BT2080, I'd suggest you reset it and the phone, if possible. The first thing you should do is to remove the Jabra BT2080 as a paired device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Once that's done, reset the BT2080 by turning it on and then pressing and holding the answer/end and volume down buttons simultaneously until the lights flash rapidly, then stop. When you turn the unit off and then on again, it should turn on in pairing mode.

To reset your phone, simply turn it off and remove its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair the phone and BT2080 again, but everything should work perfectly after this.
