Why does my Jabra device not charge when it is connected to my computer?

If your computer is in power-suspend mode to save power, your Jabra device will not charge when it is connected to the USB port.
You can also use the following alternative charging methods:
Purchase a Jabra AC adapter or Jabra car charger on the Jabra accessories page, or at a nearby retailer.
Use a third party USB charger to charge your Jabra device. Make sure that the charger is certified for use in the country you are located in, and that you use the correct plug for the country you are located in.

If not reset and try
To reset your Jabra Classic, follow these steps: Turn on your Jabra Classic. Simultaneously press and hold the Answer/end button and the Volume + button for approximately 7 seconds. Your Jabra Classic is now reset.
