No Audio

My wife's Jabra Drive won't emit audio though it is paired and connected to her phone. It emits keyboard sounds when texting but no audio on calls. It has been in use since January 2013. My phone works fine. i have followed on the troubleshooting steps as well as re-pairing with no success.

I would suggest resetting both the phone and the Jabra Drive.

To reset your phone, simply turn it off and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds (if possible).

To reset the Jabra Drive, start with the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear the third (higher) tone. Next, press and hold the volume down and the answer/end buttons simultaneously, again, until you hear the third (higher) tone. Verify that it has been reset by turning it off - when you turn it back on again, it will start up in pairing mode. You will need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
