I Cant Reset Jabra Drive

To reset the Jabra Drive, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode (you'll hear the third - higher - tone). Then, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons, again, until you hear the third - higher - tone. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again - it will start up in pairing mode, verifying that it's been reset.
