There may be a problem at the carrier since your caller voice prompts are handled by caller ID. Pairing procedures are found on page 7, if you want to remove the pair from your phone & do a new pairing of the earpiece.

To turn on/off the voice guidance feature of your Jabra Extreme2, simply press the answer/end button for 5 seconds while the Extreme2 is powered on.
