Why Is Blackout Noise Reduction Doesn't Function On Windows 8?

I understand that it's a built-in function, but however, that's what i am asking you: why is it not functioning? People on the phone complain that they can hear the background louder than my voice. Is there a way to set it to be less sensitive to the noise around?

The noise reduction isn't a function of the device that the headset is connected to, it's a function of the headset, itself. It should function the same, whether you're connected to a PC or a phone, as long as you're connected via Bluetooth.
