Caller Id?
My Jabra JOURNEY doesnt tell me the name of the person who is calling me.

This could be a couple of things:
If the Jabra Journey used to announce the caller, but now doesn't, the feature may be turned off. To toggle this feature on and off, press the Voice button while turning the unit on.
If the Journey has never announced the caller, your phone may not support the PBAP Phonebook Access Bluetooth Profile necessary to initiate the announcement.
