Siri (iphone 5) Doesn't Come On With The Voice Button. Please Help.
I was able to pair my Jabra Journey with my iPhone 5. However, I am not able to activate Siri while holding, or click the Voice button on my Jabra. Also the volume buttons (both + and - ) don't work. Calls are too too loud, it gives me headache.

I would suggest resetting your Jabra Journey back to factory defaults. To do this, start by removing the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Turn the Journey ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear it go into pairing mode. Then, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you hear a beep and the light flashes purple momentarily. When you turn the unit OFF and then ON again, it will turn ON in pairing mode.
You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and Journey again, but it should work fine after that.
