It Will Not Reset I Done What It Said And It Wouldnt Reset What Else Do I Do

In order to reset the Jabra Sport BT headset, you need to start with the unit turned ON, then press the volume up and answer/end buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. The User Manual may be incorrect in this procedure.
