Jabra Wave Wont Reset

To reset the Jabra Wave: Turn the Wave ON, then press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until the lights flash. Verify that it's been reset by turning it OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode (Bluetooth status light flashing constantly), indicating that it's been reset.
