Refund Or Food?
i ordered meals from the jack in the box app last night around 1:30 a.m ,on my way to the drive through to pick my order up i was in a minor car accident and was not able to pick my food up.i made it around 8 a.m this morning and they would not help me and said i needed to wait till 11 when the manager was in..i then called at 11 spoke to the manager i exp[lained what happend and he said that there is nothing he could help me with as far as my order went..is this how the process goes..i paid with my credit card online..can i just get my food?

How do I get a refund from Jack in the Box?Once you submit your order, your card is charged. However, if you did not hit 'Prepare Food Now', we have not made your food. In this case, your order will be cancelled at the end of the business day and we will issue a full refund. Credit card refunds can take a few days to appear on your statement.
