Open the fuel cap, put your ear to the fuel neck, and have someone cycle the key on and off while you listen for a "buzz" sound for maybe 20 seconds. That is the fuel pump. If you are putting fuel in the throttle body and it starts, you are not getting fuel. But although you changed the filter, it could be clogged again if you got a bad tank of gas. If it doesn't buzz you most likely have a bad fuel pump. But could have a relay issue, or other electrical problem to look into. You can also open the relay box, find the relay for the fuel pump. While the key is cycled put your finger on the relay, if you feel it click, and don't have a buzz from the tank, ill bet money its the pump. Hope this helps
P.S you can also try to hit the bottom of the fuel tank with a rubber mallet while someone is cranking the engine. I have seen this get one last start of the engine.
