Ensure that the volume is turned up on both the subwoofer and the audio source.
Verify that the audio source is configured correctly and playing audio.
Try resetting the subwoofer by unplugging it from the power source and waiting 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
If the issue persists, consider contacting the manufacturer for further support.
