Voicemail
Just picked up my husband's Jitterbug Flip2 today. However I cannot leave a message in voicemail, and when scrolling to try and find the 'voicemail' on the menu, it is NOT there. The Guide is specific to Flip2 so I know it is suppose to be there. Do I need to exchange for a different phone?

How do I access my Voicemail menu?
Easiest option: Open the Phone app > dial pad > press and hold the number 1. If Visual Voicemail is enabled, go to Phone > Visual Voicemail > manage voicemails. You can also use a third-party voicemail app.
