My Mother's Phone Is Dropping Calls.
My mother got a new Jitterbug this year. It has worked fine until about a month ago. Now thesound fades away and the call drops.

'Dropping calls' is normally a signal-to-towers issue and hence I suggest you contact her carriers customer service directly for the best help.
