Not Receiving Discs
On 1/7/10 I spokie with customer service about upgrading my account. I was told that I would be receiving discs in the mail within 5 to 7 business days. That has NOT happened. Since I will be getting charged for some of the extra features after 30 days and after 14 days, have not received the discs, I think that it is unfair and that it is corrupt on your part to not mail the discs out.
