Is Advice On Subscription Renewal Sent By Internet? If Not How Is It Conveyed?
I paid for a subscription renewal for the Kaspersky Internet Security software last Saturday. My understanding is that advice on how to activate the renewal would be posted on my e-mail address. No information has been received and the Kaspersky window on my computer continues to read that the subscription has expired. How is the renewal confirmed?
