If your 2011 Kawasaki Teryx 750 FI 4x4 LE won't start, there are several things you can check before attempting to clean the fuel injectors or adjust the valves.
  1. Check the battery: Make sure the battery is fully charged and has the correct voltage. If the battery is low or dead, the engine may not start.
  2. Check the spark plugs: Check the spark plugs for fouling or damage. Replace the spark plugs if necessary.
  3. Check the fuel system: Check the fuel tank for any debris or water. Drain the fuel and replace it with fresh fuel if necessary. Check the fuel pump and fuel filter for any signs of damage or clogging.

Once you have checked these basic components and ensured they are functioning properly, you can move on to cleaning the fuel injectors and adjusting the valves.

Cleaning the fuel injectors: To clean the fuel injectors, you will need a fuel injector cleaning kit. Follow the instructions on the kit to connect the cleaning solution to the fuel system and run the engine. This will clean the fuel injectors and remove any debris or clogs.

Adjusting the valves: To adjust the valves on your Kawasaki Teryx 750 FI 4x4 LE, you will need a service manual and a few tools. Here are the general steps:

  1. Remove the valve covers and spark plugs.
  2. Rotate the engine to the top dead center (TDC) position for the cylinder you want to adjust. The TDC position is when the piston is at the highest point in the cylinder.
  3. Use a feeler gauge to check the valve clearance. The clearance should be within the specified range in the service manual.
  4. Use a wrench to adjust the valve clearance if necessary.
  5. Repeat these steps for the other cylinders.
  6. Reinstall the valve covers and spark plugs.

Note: Valve adjustment can be a complex and precise procedure, and if not done correctly, it can cause engine damage or poor performance. If you are not confident in your ability to perform this procedure, it is recommended to seek professional help.
