Why Kenwood Ddx419 Goes To Call Interrupt When I Turn Radio On

Everytime i turn my ddx419 on, it boots up, then automatically goes to a blank screen and displays "Call Interrupt" and the radio wont come on. Nor will not give you the option to go to the menu, or any other settings or modes on the unit unless you reset the damn thing...

Its like it is stuck on call mode..
For christ sakes.....
.Can someone please please tell me how i can get this issue resolved quickly without having to reset the damn unit everytime i want to listen to the radio.
