Volume Control Not Working On Ddx419
Volume controls not working on new ddx419. I have a metra universal steering wheel volume control module hooked up also it seems to work fine except volume won't go up on steering wheel or on the decks knob. I also have another problem I don't know if it's related or not, but call interrupt keeps coming up on the screen and freezes everything I have to turn the car off to get it to reset.I I am a novice at installing decks so I don't know if it's something I did or a faulty new deck, I used crimp connectors seems like I could be getting interference because I got the volume to move a little bit once.

I have the same problem with call interrupt, every time I turn on the unit the call interrupt message appears and frezze the unit, until I eject the CD and push in again.
