Troubleshooting.
The marine radio will turn on, say "kenwood" then it loads to "CD". Problem is, the unit has no CD player. Once it showed the "CD" option for about 2 seconds the screen then goes blank and I can not change to tuner or Bluetooth. The unit does not allow me to do anything once the screen goes blank, but the lights are still on so it's still receiving power. My question is, have you heard of this issue before and if so can you point me in the direction to proper functionality?
