Kindle Question And Amazon Gift Card Question

I have a Kindle 6" with a black leather case I cannot get the case off and buy the new case which is lighted. how do I get the case off?  Also I have two Amazon Gift Cards, each for $25.00, How do I use them?

To redeem your amazon gift cards, just shop on amazon, and proceed to checkout at normal.  When you get to the payment information, there will be a place to insert you gift card code.  When you insert the code, it will automatically deduct it from your total.
