Can Not Get Just Ice

My 2 year old Kitchen Aid model Refrigerator will not allow me to get ice only out of the front of the refrigerator. Water also dispenses from the water dispenser. So I have to hold two cups (one under the ice dispenser and one under the water dispenser) to get ice. How can I fix this without calling a repair man? Thank you in advance.

Your question is not altogether clear, but I suggest going to http://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/Refrigerator-Repair/4-121--S0ZYUzI1UllNUw==/KitchenAid-Refrigerator-Troubleshooting. The links most likely to solve are those listed fourth and tenth. Good luck!
